Online Appointment Request
The Cold Lake PCN is pleased to announce that we are now offering Online Appointment Requests for patients of our Nurse Practitioners. All online appointment requests will undergo a review process and only appropriate requests will be approved. Online Appointment Request approvals are subject to availability.
Online Appointment Requests may expand to other Cold Lake PCN services in the future.
