Hours of Operation

Monday – Thursday 9am – 4pm (Physician-led)
Friday 9am -12pm (Nurse Practitioner-Led)

• The Centralized Walk-In Clinic does not accept registration over the phone.
  • Patients must be in-person to book an appointment.
• A numbered ticket machine will be placed by the walk-in registration window at 8am.
  • Follow the directions indicated on the machine and take a number.
  • Have a seat in the waiting area.
• The registration window will open at 8:30am.
  • Patients are required to complete a registration form.
  • Please line up in an orderly fashion to receive a registration form.
• Once registration is complete, have a seat in the waiting area and wait to be called in.
• Patients unable to be accommodated before noon will be provided with an afternoon appointment time for their convenience.
• Priority will be given to infants aged between 0 and 24 months.
• Please note that walk-in appointments are allocated for addressing a single medical concern with a maximum of 15 minutes per appointment.
• A valid healthcare card and photo identification are mandatory for every appointment.
• The clinic maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards abusive language or behavior. Individuals engaging in such conduct will be instructed to leave the facility immediately.

Hospital Doors do not open until 8am.
