If you have a Family Physician, you are welcome to access the above listed services from the LPNs but a Cold Lake PCN referral may be required from your Family Physician.  You can contact the CLPCN at 780-639-0011 to inquire.

The Cold Lake PCN Licensed Practical Nurses work with our Nurse Practitioners, Physicians and other health professionals to provide a high quality of evidenced-based health care to the Cold Lake population.
